To ensure the quality and credibility of the services listed in the Disability Database, all applicants must meet the following mandatory standards. Please review these criteria before you begin the registration process.
You must provide a direct, active, and publicly accessible URL (website or social media page, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn company page) that clearly shows your organization is operational and actively providing the stated services. Registrations submitted without a verifiable public presence cannot be approved.
You must provide a valid email address and phone number for your organization (not a personal number) that matches the contact details listed on your verifiable public platform.
Your primary services must directly align with the mission of the Disability Database by offering support to individuals with disabilities, their families, or their caregivers.
